HELP! Problem everytime I try to troubleshoot something.  I continue to get the same message on the Troubleshooting Reports & the Troubleshooter has stopped attempting to repair problem . . .
Hi. I have Windows 7 Home Edition. Recently I continued to have issues with connectivity to the internet. The Troubleshooter would indicate a problem with the configuration of Network 2 (or something to that affect) & then it would reconfigure the connection problem & things seemed to be ok until the next time I logged in. This went on for a few weeks. I continued to experience similar problems but when I would run a Windows Network Diagnostic the Troubleshooting Report would just spit out some message I don't understand & would no longer repair crap. I now receive the following message no matter why I run the Troubleshooter: The XML page cannot be displayed Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Pleae correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later. ClassFactory cannot supply requested class HELP!!!!!!!!!!! What happened? How can I fix whatever happened? I am not much of a computer savvy person & need help. My O. S. is Compaq Presario 240 Dual-Core Processor that I bought new last fall & included the Windows 7 akready doiwnloaded. It would be great to hear from somebody who is knowlegeable about computers who could let me know what's going on. Thanks so much. gumbypokey1960. If I need to supply more info please let me know. :) :( :0 Sharon Smith

Please temporary disable the antivirus and firewall, then check the result. If the issue persists, please download the latest network adapter driver from the manufacturer’s website, then remove the existed driver and install the new driver. If it does not help, please troubleshoot in Clean Boot Mode. Perform a clean startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your game or program http://support.microsoft.com/kb/331796Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi, Arthur. Thanks for answering my question. I am far from knowing about computer, like way out in space. As soon as I can get one of my daughters to come over I'll ask them to do what you said. Again, I appreciate your responding. I'll let you know the outcome. I have a question for you, Arthur. What is a good spyware/antiviris? I receently purchased PC Tool Spyware Doctor & their Registry Mechanic. Have you heard anything good or bad about these particular products? Thanks, Sharon Sharon Smith
